Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that it may take up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. As a newly established business with a small team, we are working hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier.


Shipping costs

We offer standard shipping for 49kr and fast shipping 299kr


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package during delivery.


Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
